Some Nerve: Shakespeare, improvised

Some Nerve performs long form improv comedy in a style inspired by the works of William Shakespeare. The ensemble is composed of members hailing from Ireland, New Zealand, the UK and the US for a broad perspective on Shakespeare’s influence on English-language theatre and beyond. Performing for an international audience in their chosen home of Berlin, they’ve developed a unique balance of Elizabethan and accessible language to transpose to the present the theatricality and scope typical of the Immortal Bard.

Action Jackson are a somewhat-international long-form improv comedy group. They perform an Armando, improvising their set from a true life monologue inspired by an audience suggestion. They have been referred to as some of the biggest improv nerds in Berlin. Action Jackson have been seen internationally at the Reykjavik International Improv Festival, Del Close Marathon in NYC, Das Improv Festival and the Berlin Fringe. They are Antonia Bär, Amanda King, Steindor Jonsson, Caroline Clifford, Matilde Keizer, Trevor Silverstein and Noah Telson.
